Adepeju Adebajo has over 25years’ experience spanning various industries and finance. She is currently the Ogun State Commissioner for Agriculture. Previous roles include MD, Project Management Office & Geocycle at Lafarge Africa Plc, where she was responsible country-wide for strategic projects including Cement Plant Expansion Projects valued at approximately $600million, Road Projects valued at approximately N20billion, Captive Power Plants valued at approximately $50million and Alternative Fuels/Waste Management; CEO-Cement for Nigeria and MD Wapco. She also managed Public Affairs and Communication Strategy. She was on the Board of Lafarge Africa Plc and Ashaka Cement PLC and on the Advisory Board of Lagos Business School.

She previously headed strategic planning, brand management and product development at United Bank for Africa and was a qualified case leader at Boston Consulting Group and as well as a financial analyst at Citibank, both in the UK.

Mrs Adepeju Adebajo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London; a Master of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the University of London; and a Master of Business Administration, Harvard University, Boston. She is an alumna of INSEAD.

She supported the Federal Ministry of Budget and National Planning in development of the 2017 – 2020 National Economic Recovery and Growth Plan.

Steve Ipinniwa is a seasoned Geologist who has spent almost 30 years building his career in the geological field within the Civil Service of Ogun State. Following his outstanding performance during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he was awarded the best Corps Member in the year 1984 and in 1985 he was given automatic employment in the State’s Civil Service. He rose through the ranks to become Director of Geological Services in 2014. He was appointed Permanent Secretary in 2016 by His Excellency, Senator Ibikunle Amosun CON, FCA.

He has attended several professional trainings both within and outside the country. He is a member of the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers & Geoscientist (MCOMEG) and a Fellow Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (FNMGS). He once served as the Programme Manager for 8years in the United Nations Development Assisted Programme (UNDP) on Small and Medium Scale programme in Ogun State during the first and second country programmes in Nigeria.

He had participated directly or indirectly in exploration and exploitation of very key industrial Mineral resources in Ogun State, leading to the establishment of many industries in Ogun State, some of which includes cement factories, ceramic industries, granite crushing and some chemical industries.

In addition to this, he has used his professional experience on underground water exploitation to assist rural lives and State government projects especially in the area of borehole drilling and maintenance. Some of these projects include former Ogun State Hotels, Ijebu-Ode and relocation of Veetee Rice project to Itori.

Mr Steve Ipinniwa holds a B.Sc in Geology from the University of Ilorin and a Masters degree in the same field from the University of Ibadan where he was awarded the best project student in 1991. At present, he is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ogun State.
